You can easily do this by slowly turn your head to the right as far as comfortably possible and hold, then turn slowly to the left and hold for about thirty seconds. Next, let your head fall gently toward your chest and hold for the same amount of time. Try to do this several times throughout the day.
The wrists take a beating if you are a big typer. It can cause carpel tunnel syndrome which can be very painful so it is important to take good care of your wrist. Hold your arms out straight in front of you with your palms facing up. Grab the fingers of one hand and pull them gently down towards the ground until you feel a stretch in your wrist. Hold each side for thirty seconds.
Upper back stretch.
Your upper back can get very tense from being in the same position all day. In order to keep it loose and knot-free, sit upright and bring your right arm across your upper body at about shoulder level. With your left hand, grasp under your right arm just above the elbow. Gently pull your right arm across your chest, toward the left, and hold. Try to keep your shoulders relaxed during the exercise. Repeat the same thing on the other side.
